Chipotle & Hibiscus Chilli Sauce

A rich, smoky Mexican style sauce made with our Jalapeno chillies, which are smoked using cherry wood here on Bryher by ourselves. Perfect added to savoury dishes, burritos or burgers, or add to mayonnaise for dipping crisps and crackers.  This sauce should be available at every BBQ.

Ingredients: Chillies, Garlic, Cumin, Onion, Tomato Puree, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Hibiscus Flower, Salt, CONTAINS SULPHITES
